Inspired by the organic geometry of seashells, Frederik Roijé translated nature’s inherent strength and elegance into the Seatshell.
The design is the result of an intensive technical exploration of lines, surfaces and material. Its distinctive shell is constructed from a single sheet of metal, carefully shaped to create a self-supporting, sculptural form. What appears to be a fluid, continuous volume is in fact the result of a precise construction principle in which material, geometry and function come together.
The Seatshell is where nature meets technology: an expressive contemporary armchair and bar stool defined by its seamless silhouette, structural clarity and refined simplicity.
