Frederik Roijé delivers worldwide by using renowned postal services. We strive to ship all orders within the mentioned shipping time in the product description. Most products are on stock. The exact delivery time for your order will be confirmed by mail.
Shipping is free within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany on orders of € 50 and over. Below that amount shipping is € 5.95 within the Netherlands and € 8.95 to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. For all other countries the cost depends on the weight of the parcel and its destination. Your shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown at checkout, before you pay.
Our furniture and a number of the larger pieces are shipped on request. We arrange transport for those items individually, which means they cannot be ordered online outside the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Please contact us at eshop@roije.com and we will send you a quote.
If an item proves to be unsuitable you may return it unused, within 14 days after receiving the product(s). Only original packaged returns in new condition will be accepted. You may select a replacement, voucher or refund* for the item. Tailor-made products and / or articles manufactured to your specific needs, may not be returned. Refund: 10% of the total amount will be deducted due to administration and handling costs.

All items require a return form, to process your return correctly and quickly. Please email us at eshop@roije.com to receive the return form. Studio Frederik Roijé is not responsible for any loss or damage of the returned item(s) during transport. We strongly advise to use registered and insured parcel service. We do not refund the cost of postage and packaging for the original order. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
The direct costs of returning the goods arrive at your expense. In the case of a defective or if you received an incorrect item, Studio Frederik Roijé will pay the costs of returning.
