Frederik Roijé Collection delivers worldwide by using renowned postal services. We strive to ship all orders within the mentioned shipping time in the product description. Most products are on stock. The exact delivery time for your order will be confirmed by mail.
Shipping is free within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany on orders of € 50 and over. Below that amount shipping is € 5.95 within the Netherlands and € 8.95 to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. For all other countries the cost depends on the weight of the parcel and its destination. Your shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown at checkout, before you pay.
Some larger products can only be shipped upon request outside the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany. This is because transport for these items is arranged individually for destinations outside these countries.
As a result, these products cannot be ordered directly through our webshop in such cases. Please contact us at eshop@roije.com for a quotation and to place an order.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Only products in new condition will be accepted.
Custom-made products or items manufactured specifically to your requirements cannot be returned.

To ensure that your return is processed correctly and promptly, a return form is required. Please email eshop@roije.com to receive the return form.
Frederik Roijé Collection is not responsible for any loss of or damage to returned products during transit. We therefore recommend using a registered and insured shipping service.
Shipping and packaging costs for returned items will not be reimbursed. The direct costs of returning the products are at your own expense. Returns with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
If a product is defective or you have received the wrong item, Frederik Roijé Collection will cover the return shipping costs.
