Use the navigation arrows, left and right, to discover the collection in the shop. Click on the product you are interested in. Select options when possible, then add to cart. You can see an overview of your selected products by clicking on my cart. When you have completed your shopping click on check out. Fill inn the information requested and confirm your order. You will receive an order conformation by e-mail.
We provide easy and secure payment with credit card (Visacard, Mastercard) by payment provider PayPal. You can wire transfer and costumers in the Netherlands can authorize Frederik Roijé Shop for a one-time authorization.

Frederik Roijé delivers worldwide by using renowned postalservices. We strives to ship all orders within the mentioned shippingtime in the product description. Most products are on stock. The exact diliverytime for your order will be confirmed by mail. During holidays orders are not shipped nor delivered.
The costs of delivering to an address in the Netherlands are included in the price. Transport costs for all other countries are different depending on ordered products and country. During your check out shippingcosts are automatically calculated and reported. If your country is not on the list please choose other country.
If an item proves to be unsuitable you may return it unused, within seven working days, in the original packaging and in perfect condition. You may select either a replacement or refund for the item. Return the product within the set period to:

All items require a return number so please telephone or email us firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the item. As we can not be responsible for any returned items lost or damaged in the post we strongly advise to use registered and insured delivery. We do not refund the cost of postage and packaging for the original order. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
